In the working environment or office area especially, we need to pay extra attention to the interaction with many individuals since health become prior in these days. Many companies need to adjust the regulation and systems to maintain the daily processes in every department. Therefore, in 2022, EWINDO as vegetable seed producer in Indonesia is proud to receive two awards from Indonesian Employers of Choice 2021 from SWA magazine and Korn Ferry.
EWINDO won the 2nd winner of Best Company Category under 1000 employees of Indonesia Employer of Choice 2021 and 3rd winner of Pandemic responses in under 1000 employees company. The awarding event also with the webinar entitled "Redesigning Employee Well-being and Work Arrangement Policies to Response Pandemic Challenges" where EWINDO Managing Director, Glenn Pardede explains how a horticulture company that focuses on farmer welfare adjusting itself in this condition. EWINDO enables the secured health protocols and information flow running in the special task team where all the members consist of each department in EWINDO. Based on the performance of the adjustment, the information platform such as WhatsApp broadcast of BOD (Board of Directors) message was proven effective in delivering important or inspirational messages to all employees. Beside the information flow, EWINDO Management also gives their appreciation to those people who work hard in implementing the new transition to the new normal and the mitigation of infection in EWINDO working area. Appreciation is also given to young talents in EWINDO who get a talent development program. The program will be prepared as the anticipation of facing digitalization and agility in many situations in the future.
